           RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Any return request must be reported by email to our customer service at the address contact@clickandrock.fr, with your order number within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order at your home.
  • Returned products are only the products indicated in 24-HOUR DELIVERY being products in stock. Any order which is not, is a tailor-made order for you where we order the product for you, these are NON-Refundable but exchangeable or in the form of a credit .
  • Returned products must be completely new, that is to say in their original condition: unworn and in their perfectly intact packaging. They must not show any signs of wear or use. No returns will be accepted if the returned product is damaged, worn, soiled, damaged and/or if the product is made unfit for sale, as well as if the returned product does not correspond not to the one initially ordered.
  • Returned products must be sent in a separate shipping package, in order to avoid any damage to their original packaging. Your return may be refused, or compensation may be requested if the original packaging of the returned product reaches us damaged.

RETURN COSTS

Return costs are your responsibility. All you need to do is let us know of your return request by email to the address contact@clickandrock.fr within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Following your request, you will receive an email telling you the procedure to follow. We recommend that you read it carefully.

                                   RETURN STATUS                                    

  • Return Accepted, refund will be made via your original payment method. In the event of an exchange, the shipping time for your new pair can be up to 15 working days from receipt of your return by our team. If you have a credit, you will receive a gift card by email for the value of your return, valid for 1 year on the site.
  • Return Refused, you will be notified by email or telephone within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of your return by our team. You will then have the option of having your product reshipped to the address of your choice, at your expense.
