What are your delivery times?

Processing times are from 1 to 4 working days on average for Metropolitan France and are from 4 to 7 days worked on average for abroad.

What are your prices?

We deliver free of charge in mainland France.

For a delivery in the European Union, it is necessary to count between 16 and 19 €.

In outside the EU , you have to count between 23 and 44 € depending on your destination country.

Are the packages insured? Followed?

Yes. All our packages are sent via our Partner DHL EXPRESS and are tracked and insured, via a number of tracking that we provide to you by email.

I haven't heard from my order, what should I do?
